Oversite Technologies LLC ("we", "us", or "our") publishes Just Contacts, an Android call screening app. Just Contacts is designed to work entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, store, sell, or share any of your personal data. No data ever leaves your device.
How the App Uses Device Permissions
Contacts (READ_CONTACTS)
Used only to check, on your device, whether an incoming caller is in your contacts so known callers ring through. Your contacts are never copied, stored by the app, or transmitted anywhere.
Phone (READ_PHONE_STATE, Call Screening, and Call Redirection)
Used to detect and screen incoming calls through Android's built-in CallScreeningService, and to notice β on your device only β when you dial a number that isn't a contact so it can be granted temporary call-back access. Outgoing calls are always placed normally and never redirected or recorded. All call information is processed on your device only.
Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS)
Used to show you status notifications on your device, such as when your free trial ends.
Just Contacts does not use SMS permissions and never sends or reads text messages.
Data Storage
Your call screening history, whitelist, and settings are stored in a local database on your device only. There is no account, no cloud backend, and no server. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all of its data.
Analytics and Tracking
Just Contacts contains no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind.
Payments
Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We never receive or store your payment details. Google's handling of payment information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13, and because the app collects no data, no information from children is collected.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will notify you by posting the updated policy on this page.
