Oversite Technologies ("we", "us", or "our") operates Oversite Plans, a project-management platform for finish contractors available at oversiteplans.com. Information We Collect
Account Information
Name, username, email address, phone number, company, and role β provided when an account is requested or created for you.
Project Content
Drawings, schedules, work-order data, delivery dates, daily reports, and related files connected to the service by your company. This content belongs to your company; we process it only to provide the service.
Usage Data
Basic technical data such as browser type, device type, and pages accessed, used to operate and improve the service.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide the service: displaying drawings, delivery schedules, and project information to authorized users on your team
- To manage accounts, roles, and permissions
- To respond to access requests and support inquiries
- To maintain the security and reliability of the service
What We Don't Do
- We do not sell your personal information
- We do not share project content with anyone outside your company, except service providers needed to host and operate the service
- We do not modify your company's source files β where the service connects to company file storage (such as Egnyte, SharePoint, Google Drive, Dropbox, or Box), access is read-only
Data Storage and Security
The service is hosted on established cloud infrastructure. Access to project content is restricted to authenticated users with roles assigned by your company's administrator. Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes, never in plain text.
Data Retention
Account information is kept while your account is active. Project content is kept while your company uses the service and is removed on request when a project or account is closed.
Children's Privacy
The service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will notify you by posting the updated policy on this page.
